Although email is the best way of contacting us, we recognise that sometimes you may need to speak to a member of the team here. Our visa inquiry telephone lines are open 15oohrs - 1700 hrs, Monday- Friday. Please note that outside these hours, we are unable to deal with any visa inquiries.
